Start with a comprehensive consultation designed to understand your goals, health history, previous weight-management efforts, lifestyle, and individual needs. During your appointment, your provider will review appropriate treatment pathways and determine whether you are a candidate for medically supervised weight-management care. Your consultation may include: • Review of your health and weight history • Discussion of your personal goals and concerns • Assessment of appropriate treatment options • Development of an individualized treatment plan • Recommended follow-up and ongoing monitoring No one-size-fits-all protocols. Your plan begins with you. Treatment recommendations are made following clinical assessment and are based on individual eligibility, medical history, and available authorized treatment options.
Cancellation Policy
A consultation fee is required for first time clients. Your consultation fee is not an additional charge—it will be applied as a credit toward your treatment or service when you proceed with care at Calix Aesthetics. During your consultation, your provider will review your concerns, goals, medical history, and appropriate treatment options to create a personalized plan for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Contact must be made by with our office over phone or text. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the fee being forfeited and a new fee being required to rebook. Treatment recommendations, eligibility, and final pricing are determined following your consultation and clinical assessment.
