Service Description
Your Calix consultation is designed to help you understand which treatments are best suited to your goals. During your appointment, your provider will discuss your concerns, desired results, relevant health history and available treatment options before recommending a personalized plan. A consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. If you proceed with an eligible treatment or service at Calix Aesthetics, your consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of that service. There is no obligation to receive treatment during your consultation. Treatment eligibility, recommendations and final pricing are determined following your individual assessment. Please arrive prepared to discuss any medications, health conditions, previous aesthetic treatments and specific concerns that may be relevant to your care.
Cancellation Policy
A consultation fee is required for first time clients. Your consultation fee is not an additional charge—it will be applied as a credit toward your treatment or service when you proceed with care at Calix Aesthetics. During your consultation, your provider will review your concerns, goals, medical history, and appropriate treatment options to create a personalized plan for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Contact must be made by with our office over phone or text. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the fee being forfeited and a new fee being required to rebook. Treatment recommendations, eligibility, and final pricing are determined following your consultation and clinical assessment.
