Cancellation Policy

### Consultation Booking Policy A consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. **Your consultation fee is not an additional charge—it will be applied as a credit toward your treatment or service when you proceed with care at Calix Aesthetics.** During your consultation, your provider will review your concerns, goals, medical history, and appropriate treatment options to create a personalized plan for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Contact must be made by with our office over phone or text. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the consultation fee being forfeited and a new fee being required to rebook. Treatment recommendations, eligibility, and final pricing are determined following your consultation and clinical assessment.
