Your package includes: • 30 units of neuromodulator to soften the appearance of expression lines • Vitamin B12 Wellness Injection for an added wellness boost • Your choice of Under-Eye PRP or Microneedling to target the appearance of tired, dull, or textured skin Designed for: A smoother, brighter, more rested appearance with treatment tailored to your individual features and skin concerns. Package Savings: $130 Your Calix provider will help determine whether PRP or microneedling is the better option for your goals and create an appropriate treatment schedule. All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and individual eligibility. Neuromodulator dosage may be adjusted based on your personalized treatment plan. Individual results vary.
Cancellation Policy
A consultation fee is required for first time clients. Your consultation fee is not an additional charge—it will be applied as a credit toward your treatment or service when you proceed with care at Calix Aesthetics. During your consultation, your provider will review your concerns, goals, medical history, and appropriate treatment options to create a personalized plan for you. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Contact must be made by with our office over phone or text. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the fee being forfeited and a new fee being required to rebook. Treatment recommendations, eligibility, and final pricing are determined following your consultation and clinical assessment.
